Delivery

Standard delivery of smaller items such as greetings cards (up to 5 single cards in one purchase), single luggage tags and a single set of boxed cards is charged at a flat rate of £2.00. Multiple items will incur a flat rate of £3.90

Standard delivery is sent Royal Mail 2nd class (arriving 2-3 days from dispatch). We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days of order.

UK Express Delivery

If you require an item in a hurry or a trackable delivery you can use our Express Delivery option at checkout. Smaller items are charged at a flat rate of £3.50 and multiple items are charged at a flat rate of £5.50

Items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For who aim to deliver the next working day after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your items within 1-2 working days of order.Please note this is a signed-for service. If you are not in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

Europe Standard Delivery

Delivery to Europe will usually be made within 7 working days of dispatch, using Royal Mail Airmail. Please note this is not a trackable service. Single greetings cards are charged at £2.50, items such as A4 wall prints are charged at a flat rate of £4.50 and larger or multiple items are charged at a flat rate of £5.90

Rest of the World Standard Delivery

Delivery to the rest of the world will usually be made within 10 working days of dispatch, using Royal Mail Airmail but can take longer. Please note this is not a trackable service. Single greetings cards are charged at £3.50, items such as A4 wall prints are charged at a flat rate of £5.90 and larger or multiple items are charged at a flat rate of £8.50

Please note that, outside of the UK, you are responsible for any local duties or import taxes that may be applicable.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of being received, and try to ship Express order as quickly as we can. We dispatch orders on weekdays only. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Returns Policy

We really hope you love your Grace London products. If you are not entirely happy with an item you have received, please let us know on hello@gracelondonco.com and will endeavour to fix the problem. You must return your unwanted Products within 10 working days from the day you received the Products. The Products, including their original packaging, must be returned “as new” and in their original packaging. For all returns and refunds please obtain a proof of postage certificate from your Post Office as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the Products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note that personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.
